Es una catástrofe no encontrar terreno en común.  Walk pieces.

As part of an ongoing project on shared terrain and common ground, I walked with a group of people from Museo Carrillo Gil to the top of Xochitepec mountain, on the outskirts of Mexico City. In a related action, we walked from the Artium Museum in Vitoria-Gasteiz to the top of Ularizu.

Conceived as an action to be repeated in different cities, the walk invites us to question the boundaries between urban and rural, secular and religious, natural and cultural, central and peripheral, individual and collective, private and public. Walking becomes a way to rediscover space and time through a shared geography, tracing the entanglements between bodies, landscape, and spacetime.
