Emilio Chapela

Filmed over the course of a year, the work follows the passage of time as it is reflected in two sites in New Jersey: the former Bell Labs building designed by Eero Saarinen, and the Holmdel Horn Antenna, used to confirm the existence of the Big Bang. Through these locations, the film reveals intricate relations and dissonances between humans, technology, architecture, and cosmic time.
